As a part of our ongoing process of marketing the JELD-WEN name JELD-WEN A/S entered into an agreement for a title sponsorship for a part of the ECCO Tour – the golf tournament "JELD-WEN Masters" taking place on 12 – 15 August 2009 at Løgstør Golf course. Despite a difficult market these days it is according to our opinion extremely important that we are communicating our name and brand into the market. At the same time the sponsorship gives us the opportunity to invite customers from all over Europe to participate in a pro-am tournament ahead of the professional tournament, and we think that it might be a good occasion to strengthen the relations to the customers. And as the tournament takes place close to the head office in Løgstør the customers also have the opportunity to visit us here.
